Mix it up! Build strength and endurance through a variety of exercises. Get moving with cardio sequences mixed with classic Barre moves. We'll repeat exercises for set periods of time and focus internally - working to our BEST. Great for all levels, all ages - everyone! We'll change it up each week building on our foundations and feeling energized, strong and empowered!
