Work on building a strong body and then stretch, getting the best of both worlds! Join us for Strength & Stretch 30 minutes of all-levels strength moves, followed by 20 minutes of stretch. Warm up the body, work on abs, arms, and legs. For the last 30 minutes stretch out the body using multiple props, including a tennis ball to roll out low back and glutes, strap work for hamstrings and outer hips, long holds in pigeon and more!
