Make sure to stretch, to improve your performance and decrease the chance of injury by increasing your range of motion. After warming up, we will get Stretch*d Out, releasing tension in the hips, lengthening the hamstrings and opening the shoulders and will finish with a relaxing cool down to absorb the benefits of the class.

Excellent for all ages/all levels. Please bring a mat and a towel to pad your knees if need be.
