High Intensity Interval Training class is great for all levels. Combining classic barre moves, cardio, high-intensity training exercises, plyometrics and circuits to elevate the heart rate, increase muscle tone and definition and burn stubborn belly fat.
Crazy fast workout starting with a quick 30 second warm up, followed by 8 exercises and a quick stretch.
Perfect for a quick workout on the run or in between daily activities.
Repeat for a longer workout with a minute of rest in between sets. Jump higher and push yourself a little harder each time through!
