Cardio Dance classes are choreographed, dance oriented exercise program infused with the kind of music that gets people on their feet and into shape. We focus on FUN while strengthening the cardiovascular system through low to moderate impact cardio. The second half of the class focuses on strength and flexibility using many types of props such as weights, the barre, and balls. The workout is basically watch and follow - so anyone can do it! no dance experience is necessary! Just have fun!
