High Intensity Interval Training class is great for all levels. Combining classic barre moves, cardio, high-intensity training exercises, plyometrics and circuits to elevate the heart rate, increase muscle tone and definition and burn stubborn belly fat.
Join Gen for a 10 minute HIIT class using bodyweight exercises( ie. jumping jacks, squats, mountain climbers, etc).
A short warm up followed by 8 exercises, 45 seconds on 15 seconds off, and a quick stretch.
It will be hard but it's such a small part of your day and it is WORTH IT!
You can repeat for a longer workout, rest for 1 minute in between.
Modifications are always available and all levels are welcome!!
